Join Brisbane-based artist Kay Watanabe in a fun and interesting printmaking workshop.
In this workshop, participants will learn a basic concept of printmaking by creating their own works, using relatively simple techniques, such as relief paper prints and monoprint. These techniques are not only useful in making fine art prints, but can also be used in combination with painting and other art techniques to create mixed-media works.
Participants will also learn how to choose and use special printmaking tools and materials, such as rollers, baren and ink, so they can start their own projects at home.
All materials provided. Participants may want to wear an apron.
Cancellation Policy: As we purchase materials based on the number of attendees for each workshop we are unable to refund tickets. We do welcome you to pass your ticket to a friend to come in your place. Please email us if you do wish to change the name on the ticket.
