Terrariums is one of the most popular Workshops at Hands On Brisbane and it is easy to see why.
Each participant walks away with their own little garden in a jar and the skills they need to keep making their own Terrariums at home.
We provide a selection of little animals for your Terrarium; a frog, a horse, a dog, or maybe a dinosaur is more to your liking. Don’t want a creature; choose a little plant for your jar.
We provide all the materials for this workshop, including tried and tested Moss and special plants to suit the closed environment. Your workshop host, Simmone Spring, has been creating Terrariums for years and shares the knowledge she has gained, knowledge local to the Brisbane climate, to help you make sure you create a Terrarium that will thrive.
We held out first terrarium workshop for 2014 on Feb 15. This workshop saw 30 people create little gardens and they were some impressive ones! We even had one brave lady create her Terrarium in a tiny jar about 3cms tall.
